  • Renting items from us is a straightforward process. You can request a quote through our online shop by selecting a product and adding your event date and time. Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with a detailed quote. After reviewing our terms and conditions, you can finalize your reservation by submitting the 25% deposit using the link in the email. Final payment is due 14 days before your event. 

  • We currently do not offer self-pickup and drop off. Delivery and pickup is included with a $100 flat fee within 30 miles of our location in Garner, NC. We charge an extra $2 per mile (one way) for deliveries outside of the 30 mile radius. More information will be provided in your customized contract. 

  • Yes! We provide setup and breakdown for 20% of your rental order. This includes unloading tables and chairs, setting up according to your vision, breaking down items, and loading them back onto carts upon pickup. If you choose this option, it will be included in your customized contract.
